The frown line is one of those that ages an expression most. Here the points are worked very close together, tightening the skin exactly where it folds.

The most delicate area of the face and the one that changes the gaze most. It is worked with the eye closed and with a precision that allows no shortcuts: it is the same principle as the non-surgical eyelid lift.

Who does it
The whole session is carried out by Irma, at her centre in Gràcia. No assistants and no rotating hands: the same person who assesses you is the one who treats you.

The part nobody shows
This is a normal plasma recovery: the crusts form over each point and fall off on their own. They are not touched, not picked, and the area is protected from the sun. It is uncomfortable to look at and it is exactly what to expect.

She films herself during the healing. That is the level of trust we are after: patients who show the whole process, not just the pretty photo at the end. She speaks in Spanish.

New skin
Once the crusts have fallen, new skin appears, pink at first, gradually recovering its tone. The forehead and eye contour are visibly smoother and the gaze more open.
What you take away
Plasma is not a “quick appointment” treatment: it asks for a few days of patience and aftercare. In exchange, it genuinely tightens, without an operating theatre. If your life cannot take crusting this week, we will tell you at the consultation and look for another option.
